Important information:
Delivery is possible only after full payment of the order on our website.
Free delivery on purchases over 7 000 rubles.
An exception is delivery by courier service Russian Post. The amount of delivery is calculated individually, depending on weight, regional specifics and delivery time.
Status order information:
After placing an order in the Online store, you will receive an e-mail notification of successful registration with your Order number.
You can track your order in your Account page.
If you have some questions about your order or if you want to make changes to your order related to the contact details, date or delivery address, please contact by calling +7 (499) 322-39-37 or writing to store@zielinskiandrozen.ru. You will need to specify your order number.
Delivery by courier service in Moscow and Moscow region:
Delivery times are from 2 to 4 working days.
If you need delivery by a specific date or time, indicate this information in the comments to the order.
Delivery by courier service Boxberry, Russian Post, Baltic courier:
Delivery times are from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the regional distance.
The exception is online orders received for processing on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. In this regard, order processing and dispatch from the warehouse of OOO Zelinsky and Rosen perfumes will be carried out no earlier than Monday.
Payment:
Payment is made through the payment service “Yandex.kassa”.
Our online store does not store your bank card data or logins from payment systems, all data is transmitted over a secure connection and processed in a special processing center. The information is exchanged via https.Yandex.kassa guarantees the security of all payments. When making an order, you can choose any convenient way of payment – a bank card (debit or credit) with any payment system Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Mir; no fee is charged. The maximum amount when paying by a bank card is 250 000,00 rubles at a time, per month on one card — 500 000 rubles. Cashless payments for Legal entities:
An invoice for Legal entities is issued after the exchange of details between organizations. After agreeing on the exact specifications and prices, you need to send your organization’s details to us by e-mail address – info@zielinskiandrozen.ru. Delivery terms for orders are pickup.
RETURN:
According to paragraph 3 of the List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to exchange, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 N 2463, Perfume and cosmetic products of good quality are not subject to exchange or return.
